Peace Care provides high-quality, faith-based care to the elderly with compassion, dignity and a commitment to healing of the whole self. Its two centers, Peace Care St. Ann’s and Peace Care St. Joseph’s, are the only Catholic, short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing facilities in Hudson County.
Peace Care is highly rated for its effective, safe, efficient, patient-centered care. With more than 200 years of combined experience, we have a broad array of rehabilitative care options available including physical, occupational and speech therapies, and wound care management.
We also provide an Adult Medical Day Care, located at St. Ann’s, which offers socialization, nutritious meals, social services and free transportation to adults living at home who need ongoing nursing care throughout the day.
