About Us

Located in Union City, on top of Union Hill, Fork Hill Kitchen proudly offers an appetizing, approachable, dining option to residents of the rapidly developing neighborhood in which it resides and those of the surrounding Hoboken, Jersey City and Weehawken communities.

Founded in 2019 by a local couple, Fork Hill Kitchen was built around a love for food and bringing people together, with executive chef Eric Clemente's casual, simple and modern American menu served in a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Drawing from his vast culinary experience and driven by a commitment to quality, Eric uses fresh, locally-harvested ingredients--many of which are sourced at area farmer's markets--to produce a unique, innovative menu that seamlessly blends flavors and techniques from around the globe.
