Sometimes we hold back, over-think things, or doubt ourselves when it comes to making a big decision or making a big change. Although it's important to weigh the pros and the cons before making a change in your life it's also worth taking a chance doing something, even if it scares you.
As our moderator said during the spring 2016 panel discussion, "Feel the fear and do it anyway." Whether it is signing up for a marathon, making a career change to follow a passion, adopting a child, re-evaluating your friends and relationships, go for it!
The panelists include:
* Monica Brinson - Gubernatorial Candidate for the 2017 Election, State of NJ
* Randi Levin - Transitional Live Strategist, Randi Levin Coaching
* Dawn Pascale - Owner, OM Sweet Home (gluten-free desserts) and Creator @BKLYNBUTTAH
* Kristine Deer - Owner and CEO of K-Deer apparel
* Dr. Erica Song - Mom, Wife, Holistic MD & Integrative Gynecologist
* Amelia Duggan - Editor of (201) Magazine
