QuickBooks Training Workshop
This course will instruct business owners, business finance staff, bookkeepers and anyone managing payroll, finances and inventory on how to grow your business. A certified QuickBooks instructor will guide you on the use of the most updated QuickBooks software, designed to increase accuracy in reporting to accountants and bankers.
- QuickBooks overview – selecting the version right for your business
- Setting up a new company file
- Connecting bank accounts to download bank transactions
- Creating new accounts, customers and vendors
- Writing and printing checks from QuickBooks
- Recording expenses and deposits
- Reconciling bank activity
- Cash basis balance sheet and profit and loss
- Review of customer and vendor center in QuickBooks
- Recording bills and bill payments
- Creating products/services to be included on invoices
- Creating invoices and customizing
- Receiving customer payments and recording deposits
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable aging reports
- Accrual based balance sheet and profit and loss
