NEW THIS FALL –

 SALES SKILLS BOOT CAMP is a 3-day course designed to enhance communication and presentation skills. Using communication techniques and Power Point training, this course will introduce participants to the fundamental skills needed for effective sales and customer care. Participants will also develop skills through role-playing direct sales and customer relations encounters, and in-class presentations using PowerPoint.

 Class Dates: December 9, 10, and 11 Time: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

Classes are provided at no charge.  However, employees must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Employed at least 20 hours per week

• Be paid by the employer at their usual hourly rate while in training
