It’s that time of year again! The CarePoint Health Foundation is happy to announce our annual fund raiser. This year we are hosting a Cocktail Reception “Celebrating our Community” to benefit the Neighborhood Health Centers located on each of our CarePoint Health Campuses. This event will take place on Thursday November 19^th, 2015 at Saint Peter’s University in The Duncan Family Sky Room.

We at the CarePoint Health Foundation are thankful for your support and grateful you have chosen to be a part of our family. Below a list of our sponsorship opportunities for your consideration. In an effort to maximize your support your ad will be part of our Online Event Journal which will be displayed on the CarePointHealth.org website in the Foundation section. In addition, your ad will also be on display for all of our guests to view on the eve of the event. Please note all of our sponsorships are on a first-come first-served basis.
