 HOPES CAP Inc., O.C.E.A.N. Inc., and Gateway CAP  have partnered together to host CAP Jazz Fest at the Hard Rock Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ
 

Our agencies serve low-income clients that rarely get the opportunity to attend events like our CAP Jazz Fest.  

We have found the ability to provide these types of events gives them a sense of inclusion, joy and motivates them as they pursue self-sufficiency goals.
